Rosh Hashanah

Tomorrow at Sundown (sundown in Jerusalem will be approx noon EDT in the U.S.) the Jewish feast of Rosh Hashanah begins. This is the celebration of the Jewish new year.

Also, it is the beginning of the season on the Jewish calendar known as the "Days of Awe." This takes place the ten days between the beginning of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement.) The Days of Awe are a time for introspection and repentance.

It is interesting to study the symbolism and foreshadowing of the rapture in the feast of Rosh Hashanah.
